Have you ever wondered: Why is the bank making me do a Phase I? What is actually done? What protections will I get from this expense? What happens if I don’t do it?
Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer will be hosting an Environmental Due Diligence Luncheon on November 30th with Capitol One Bank and Leaaf Environmental. The program will be geared towards demystifying the Phase I/environmental due diligence process for all of those who come into contact with it.
The program will offer three perspectives; the bank, the consultant and the lawyer. The presentations will cover why banks require environmental due diligence investigations, what they entail and what protection they may give prospective buyers. We hope that the presentations will be relevant to consultants, lenders, realtors, attorneys, developers, and anyone else who is involved with real estate transactions. Additional details are included in the invitation attached.
The luncheon is being held on Friday, November 30 from 11:30am-1:00pm.
Please RSVP via email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or reach out if you have any questions.
