Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer is pleased to announce that Jill Willhoft has joined the firm as a litigation partner.
Jill Willhoft joins Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer as a partner after working with another law firm for many years. Her practice is predominantly litigation based with a focus on maritime, collections, bankruptcy and employment matters. She is licensed to practice in Louisiana and Texas.
Jill received her B.A. from the University of New Orleans and her law degree from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center. Jill is the co-founder of the Maritime Risk Claim Solutions, Inc. (“MRCS”), a non-profit, education-providing company. MRCS provides continuing education for insurance adjusters and producers, legal continuing education credits for attorneys and continuing education credits for certified and associate marine surveyors with the National Association of Marine Surveyors.
Outside of the office, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband and their two sons.
