BHBM Advises Go-Coil in Acquisition

Baldwin Haspel Burke & Mayer, LLC acted as legal advisor to the owners of Go-Coil, LLC in its acquisition by Pioneer Drilling Company. Go-Coil sold for approximately $110 million in cash. BHBM attorneys principally involved in the transaction include Leon Rittenberg III and Matthew Miller.
